Today’s guest is Meredith Atwood. Meredith is a former attorney turned author, podcaster, speaker, 4x Ironman triathlete, and coach. In her own words, in 2010, she was out of shape, addicted to alcohol, seriously overweight, and lost in her own mind, body, and world. She then found the sport of triathlon and at the time had no idea how much of a life-changer that would be for her. Little by little, she overcame some big things including quitting alcohol and the legal profession. Today, she shares her story and knowledge through her writing, podcast, speaking, and coaching to help transform the lives of others.
