If you’re an avid Obstacle Course Race (OCR) competitor, someone new to the sport, or are thinking about doing your first Tough Mudder or Spartan Race, this is the episode for you. My guest today is Tyler Movsessian. Tyler is an accomplished Spartan Race Age Group and Ninja Warrior competitor. He’s completed all of the distances Spartan Race has to offer, from the 5k Sprint all the way up to the 50k Ultra, including conquering arguably the hardest Spartan Ultra of them all on Mount Killington Vermont. Last year he also finished second in his age group in the Spartan Race Stadium Series. On the Ninja Warrior side he recently qualified for and competed in the National Ninja League Finals in Greensboro, NC and is working his way towards being a competitor on American Ninja Warrior. He’s also recently been spotted running a sub-freezing trail race in the bathing-suit category (which we’ll touch on).
